The First Circuit Court, State of Hawaii, has authorized this notice.
This website contains important information for prospective class members. The Court
has defined the class as:
All residents of the State of Hawaii who purchased pet food in the State of Hawaii
that was manufactured by Menu Foods on or between November 8, 2006 and March 7,
2007 and that was recalled on or between March 16, 2007 and the present.
The Court also has excluded certain persons from the Class.
- You are not in the class if you are a business, governmental entity or non-profit
organization.
- You are not in the class if you are an employee of Menu Foods or an immediate family
member, legal representative or heir of a Menu Foods employee.
- You are not in the class if your pet became ill or died as a result of consuming
pet food manufactured by Menu Foods on or between November 8, 2006 and March 7,
2007 and recalled by Menu Foods on or between March 16, 2007 and the present.
